The Path
Six movements.
Each one leaves you holding something real.
The order matters. You start with yourself, then the tool, then the system around it, then the care that keeps it alive. Everything you make lives in one Attunement folder, yours to keep and to bring to any AI.

Module 1 · Foundation
Find your voice & mission
Your AI cannot sound like you until you tell it who you are.
Before you wire a single tool, it has to know who it's serving. You put your voice, your mission, your people, the feeling of your work, your signature phrases, and your refusals into your own raw words. It's a sitting, not a survey.

Module 2 · Set the frame
Choose your AI & set the frame
The tool is not the magic. The frame is.
You choose one AI that fits the work you're doing now, without marrying a platform, and give it a first law: serve the Brief. Then you run a before-and-after and feel the difference.
You leave with → your attuned AI environment, configured to sound like you -
Module 3
Faculties of attuned work
Before you ask for help, know what kind of help you need.
Most people ask AI for help through one undifferentiated channel. Here you learn discernment: Logos for expression (how do I say this?), Sophia for wisdom (what is true here?), Praxis for action (what happens next?). One question holds all three: do I need language, understanding, or movement?

Module 4
Build an attuned ecosystem
Summon your Familiars.
There are things you need done. You give that help a name and one clear job: the Scribe, who helps you say it (Logos); the Oracle, who helps you see (Sophia); the Steward, who helps you move (Praxis). Each is a role card that works with any AI, and each hands the final word back to you. Then you map where your work lives so the system works on your real life instead of beside it.
You leave with → three Familiar role cards and your Ecosystem Map -
Module 5
Stewardship & continuity
Governance before scale.
What you keep private, what you hand to a tool, and how the system holds together when life gets full. Care for what you've built so it keeps serving you.
You leave with → your Stewardship Plan -
Module 6
Tend & evolve
The stack should serve the person.
You change, and so does the work. A simple seasonal rhythm keeps your stack in step with who you're becoming.
You leave with → your Seasonal Tending Plan
