Red Card
Privacy note
Last updated October 10, 2026
A short, plain account of what Becoming Boundless LLC collects for Red Card, and what we do with it.
When you fill out a form on this site
We collect what you type: your name, company, role, email, phone if you give it, fleet size, and any note. The forms are run by Netlify, our website host. We use this only to write back to you about Red Card.
When you book a call
Booking runs through Calendly, which keeps your name, email, and the time you chose.
When you pay
Payments run through Stripe. Stripe handles your card. We see your name, business, email, phone, billing address, and what you bought, never your full card number.
Inside the Red Card app
- Your company's records (people, certifications, trucks, work orders, time, documents) are stored with our database provider and kept separate from every other company's.
- They belong to your company. We look at them only to support you, with your permission, or when we have to fix a problem.
- Ask any time for a copy, or for us to delete them.
- If your company leaves Red Card, we keep your records for 90 days in case you change your mind, then delete them. Ask, and we'll delete your account right away instead.
What we never do
- We don't sell or rent your information.
- We don't add you to marketing lists. We email you only about Red Card.
Questions, copies, or deleting your information
Email sasha.illig@gmail.com. You'll hear back from a person, usually within a couple of business days.
